DESPATCH

Items in stock will be sent within three business days. Made-to-order items can take up to two to four weeks to be made and shipped (please see specific details on the item).

For urgent orders, customers should contact hello@emmafield.net before placing their order so Emma Field can try to accommodate the request.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Any concerns should be directed via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $10 and Express delivery is $15.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $15 and Express delivery is $25.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate of $25. Tracking and signature on delivery are included to ensure the safety of jewellery pieces.

Some countries charge customs/duties upon arrival, which must be paid by the customer before collecting the parcel. Any international ground fees are not the responsibility of Emma Field.

TRACKING

All shipping options include signature on delivery and tracking to ensure the safety of jewellery pieces.

INSURANCE

Insurance can be added for an additional cost. It is recommended for pieces valued between $1,000–$5,000. Customers should contact Emma Field before purchase to arrange insurance, which will be invoiced separately.
