CHANGE OF MIND

ITEMS IN STOCK

For all Australian orders on items that are in stock, Emma Field gladly offers a credit note or exchange for pieces returned within 14 days of purchase. Pieces must be unworn, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available if a customer changes their mind.

Credit notes are valid online or in person (for example, if Emma Field is participating in a market). They are also valid for commissions.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Please choose carefully when deciding on items that are made to order. These items are custom made once an order has been placed, and refunds or exchanges are only offered if there is a fault (see Damaged Goods section below).

“Made to Order” items will be clearly labeled in Emma Field’s online store.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available for commissioned items or gift vouchers.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

7 DAYS TO RETURN

To initiate an exchange, customers should contact Emma Field at hello@emmafield.net within seven (7) days of receiving their delivery.

Items must be returned with their original packaging. Customers are responsible for any shipping and additional postage charges.

It is highly recommended that items are wrapped securely and posted back with insurance (for items over $100) and tracking. Emma Field cannot be held liable if an item is lost or damaged during its return journey.

DAMAGED GOODS

Emma Field cares deeply about every piece she makes and wants to ensure it lasts a lifetime. Every item is carefully checked and packed securely for postage. In the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged or is deemed faulty, Emma Field will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

If a piece is delivered damaged or a fault is identified, customers should contact hello@emmafield.net within seven (7) days of receiving the piece, providing images and details of the damage or fault.

Emma Field will assess the item in collaboration with the customer and organise a suitable course of action, including instructions for returning the item. Items should not be returned without first making contact.
